The support and maintenance service is aimed at clients or companies that have a web page or portal, virtual store or web platform, but due to lack of time, lack of human resources, or for some other reason they cannot keep the information updated. your website, as a consequence of not keeping your website updated with recurring backups, there is a great risk of losing information, giving a bad image of the company or having obsolete information that generates confusion.

During the hours used, the following functions can be performed:

  • Update of products, texts and content in general.
  • Updating images previously supplied by the client. (graphic design not included)
    Links update.
  • Assembly of files and documents in general.
  • Installation and implementation of new modules for the virtual store, portal or website.
  • Creation and configuration of basic forms.
  • Banner changes with designs previously supplied by the client. (graphic design not included)
  • Change of website structure that does not qualify as a redesign.
  • Creation and sending of newsletters, with information previously provided by the client.
  • Review of inconveniences and failures of the platform.
  • Daily website and database backups.
  • Backup restoration as a contingency.
  • Automatic site status monitoring.
  • General support on technical problems of the platform for administrative clients.

The service will be billed monthly in arrears, according to the hours used. A list will be provided where the work carried out and the time spent in its execution will be reported.

The cost of support will depend on the form of contract, by service provided or package of hours and by the type of platform that will be supported and maintained.
